A.L.I.A.S. x 5 (Alien Life Forms Intended for Assassinations and Sabotage)

Pretty grandiose title, but this is a satisfying minimalist shoot-and-jumpfest. Your little man is cool lookin’ and pissed. Gratifying sound and the aim sighting is point on. Shotgun style weapon can stop incoming missiles and grenades in mid-air. Definately give this one it’s fifteen minutes of fame. Apparently a continuing saga, but I missed 1-4.

XEVOS SHOWDOWN

Hey Gang! Here’s a game you won’t mind playing at the office. Basic platform format, but the graphics are manly enough so the guy in the next cubicle doesn’t tell everyone your’e playing a game involving a racoon or a hedgehog. Very clean visuals and is actually challenging. Neat weapons, great fire and damage effects, and two cool “heroes” to choose from. Xevos Gets a Guru high five.

Red Devil RPG 2

You gotta love the diversity of flash games, and the bizzare erotic nature of japanese imaginations. This trippy little game casts you as a mini-anime chick going on various adventures and trying to repair a UFO that has crash landed in her house. In the basement you pick up the first of many inventory items from a scantily clad cartoon dominatrix with another girl on the floor on a leash…after conversations with other titillating characters who tell you stuff like “You need the magic cog to enter the mystic forest, bitch!” you explore other weird scenarios, meet bondage sluts, do combat and search for parts to the spaceship that will take you to other worlds. A techno beat whisper- chanting “badass babysoul, late night booty calls, super shiny disco balls…” accompanies you through the main city areas.  Light up a fatty for this one.

Turbo Tank

I have always liked these doodle graphic type games like Scribble ect., They make you feel as though you are in high school making stick figure wars in your notebook instead of listening to a lecture.(or was that just me?) If you are waiting for clothes to come out of the dryer or you just need to kill some braincells, spend a few minutes wiping out some poorly drawn robots and alien enemies. lol.

THE HUSTLER poor man’s GTA…

Well kids, if you want to learn about economics and how to run a business selling heroine, mushrooms, LSD, and other fun recreational drugs as a cartoon character, this is the game for you. You can bling up your little thug and shoot at the police. A must for all the young kids out there who don’t get enough of these activities at home.

THE CAR

Well here’s another winner folks. If you like “locked in a room” type games, then get your butt moving and start this little game. It took me about a half an hour, and the graphics are very cool. Find the key and steal this Ferrari look-alike using code keys, black lights and other neat stuff. Have fun.

Lunar Lander fans, you MUST play SpaceMan 2!!

In the old school lunar lander and it’s clones, I used to love keeping the little 2D ship in the air courtesy of bottom and side thrusters that you gotta ever so gently tap-tap-tap using arrow keys to keep from smashing into the ground, walls or sometimes cielings. SpaceMan 2 has perfected the concept. This is a really fun way to do some quality time killing. Plus in this version, before you make your (hopefully) gentle landing on the destination pad, you get to beam up aliens for extra points. Fun, responsive play,a cool astronaut in a bubble, and a catchy background tune earn this little gem of a flashgame two thumbs (and my arrow key) up!
